Her recent highlighted wins as a previous Director of Development in the non-profit space was exceeding the annual gala goal by 40% grossing over $1.4 million and overseeing a regional 3rd party campaign which brought in over $1 million. As a Director of Group Sales, JaiSauna exceeded quarterly and yearly revenue projections including contributing to a Sales Team that was awarded Sales Team of the Year in North America, and partnering and working with 45% of Fortune 100 companies.

JaiSauna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University. In her free time she enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and visiting vineyards.
