Principal

JaiSauna brings over 15 years of high-level business development, sales, consulting, and event experience in the private, nonprofit, and hospitality industries to The IRIS Collaborative leadership team. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, her business management background, and relationship-building skills, has consistently positioned JaiSauna to lead teams in exceeding revenue goals, market share, and profit performance. 

Her recent highlighted wins as a previous Director of Development in the non-profit space was exceeding the annual gala goal by 40% grossing over $1.4 million and overseeing a regional 3rd party campaign which brought in over $1 million. As a Director of Group Sales, JaiSauna exceeded quarterly and yearly revenue projections including contributing to a Sales Team that was awarded Sales Team of the Year in North America, and partnering and working with 45% of Fortune 100 companies. 

Her successes also include managing dozens of high profile events, international and domestic meetings and tradeshows for entities such as the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, Clinical Operations Board Summit in London and Wellington, NZ, The Advisory Board Companies 2013 CEO and CFO meeting series, 2011 Congressional US Open, National Geographic receptions, John Kerry for President donor dinners, Stevie Wonder Benefit Concert and the National Defense University Summit. 

JaiSauna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University. In her free time she enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and visiting vineyards.
