Kristen Stevens Hobbs, MPH is the founder and Chief Editor of thekroun.com, where she connects Black excellence, the arts, and public health. Her brand, KROUN, was built around the threads that keep all three connected. 

Kristen holds a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology and has dedicated her life’s work to ending health disparities for Black women. She has experience and training in scientific research, infectious disease epidemiology, chronic disease epidemiology, and public health evaluation and research.

Kristen currently conducts public health program evaluation for a large nonprofit organization.
